Round 1! [Video Post via Lopmon's Rise Bracer. Backdated to mid-afternoon]

[The camera flicks on to show a black colored Lopmon. She smiles at the camera before speaking.]

Hello. I'm Lopmon. I'm looking for a Ikezawa Kazuma. If anyone knows of a person by this name or if Ikezama Kazuma sees this, can you please contact me? I have a friend of yours here, looking for you.

[Kazma walks over to Kazuma, and gets down on one knee, looking his Player in the eye. The rabbit looks the human up and down, as if checking to make sure the boy is uninjured.

Lopmon decides to break the silence.]

When I found him, he was...a little confused. He asked if his was an update of whatever this OZ place is. I told him about Yggdrasil and how many others were brought here. Then he asked if his Player was here and once I get a name out of him I called you. And now, here we are.

[Kazuma just... stares back, mouth working but no sound coming out. Lopmon's explanation does seem to shock some sense back in to him, but all that manages to come out is a weak, quiet mutter of 'you're not real' before he launches in to a coughing fit, falling back on the couch rather hard from the force of it.

Kazuma's partner, having finally realized that he escaped the apartment without telling anyone again, comes bolting down the stairs to him.]

Kazumaaaa! You're not supposed to leave, you're still sick! You-- ...

[worried tone suddenly becomes very flat and annoyed]

... didn't know you were gonna be here, sis.

[A pair of warm furry arms encircle Kazuma as he falls backwards. He looks concerned for his Player as he holds him up. Why is Player out here if he is ill?

Lopmon looks over at the new arrival with a look of annoyance.]

Oh! Did someone finally grow a backbone? How have you been sis? Still hiding under blankets at the sound of thunder?

Still acting like the vainest thing on the planet? Bite me, I'm here to help Kazuma.

[Kazuma's fit finally subsides, though his face is red and his breathing is a little labored from it. He glances at his Lopmon, but only for a second before focusing on the fact that Kazma is holding him.

So much for 'not real'.

He reaches out, shakily touching one of the furry arms holding on to him.

Ohyeah. That's real.]

... how... how're you... here?

[The black Lopmon huffs first before smirking.]

Glad to see you can stick up for yourself now. Well, I brought your Tamer a friend, if you can't see that.

[Kazma looks at Kazuma with a confused look for a moment before unwrapping a arm from around Kazuma and reaching for his D-Comm. He quickly types out a text message and sends it to his Player, much to the sudden bewildered look from his Partner.]

God Tree Yggdrasil brought me here. That is what Partner said.

[Kazuma barely registers the vibration of his comm in his sweats pocket, taking it out after shooting the two Lopmon a glare to tell them to shut up.

He reads the message, frowning in confusion. He doesn't understand it, but right then he's not really sure he can wrap his brain around any possible explanations anyway.

He starts coughing again, but its a little less this time. He's regretting coming down there alone, though, as his body is starting to ache something awful again.]

[Lopmon gets the glare message, but she doesn't stop smirking at her sibling.

Kazma quickly encircles both arms around Kazuma and lifts his Player up bridal style. He texts while holding his Player, not even looking at his D-Comm.]

Where shall I take you Player? You are not well.

[Video/Action, about half an hour later/Filtered to Kazuma]]

[Kazuma lets out a yelp of protest, but not much more than that thanks to the coughing. He knows if he takes his medicine, he'll feel better and maybe be a little more coherent long enough to think about this, but at the same time he's worried bringing a giant rabbit home at random (especially when he wasn't supposed to leave, oops) might not go over so well.

Eventually the coughing wins out, and he manages to rattle off his apartment number, causing Lopmon to look very relieved.]

[King Kazma nods and simply begins carrying his Player towards the elevator. His Lopmon follows with a smile.]

Sweet! I get to see my sister's pad. Wonder what it looks like.

[Kazma does hold the elevator door open so both Lopmon can get inside. He motions towards the buttons with his head and looks at Kazuma's partner expectedly. He knows that she should know which floor it's on.]

[Lopmon hops in to the elevator, bouncing up and hitting the third floor button.]

Watanuki-sama and Nadeko-chan are sick, too. You'll have to be quiet...

[King Kazma nods. Being quiet would not be hard for him. He does flash a look over to his Partner though, who nods and lowers her voice down to a whisper.]

Okay. I can do quiet.

[The elevator reaches the third floor and Kazma is the first to step out. He walks down the hallway until he finds the door with the number Kazuma had told him. He again stands and waits, motioning with his head at the door, signalling his Player's partner to open it.]

[Lopmon hops in front of them, pushing the door open after jumping up to get the handle. The apartment is quiet, dim in the late afternoon light.]

... I think Dou-- [cough] D-Doumeki-san is at work still...

He's been working late...

[Lopmon goes in ahead of them again, checking the bedrooms as quietly as she can before coming back]

Watanuki and Nadeko are in their beds.

[Kazuma nods and motions to the couch. He doesn't want to wake either of them up if he can help it.]

[King nods and makes his way into the room, moving over to the couch. His footsteps are light and make almost no noise, despite his large size. He lays Kazuma down on the couch and slowly gets down on his knees, so he is somewhat eye-level with his Player. He starts to press more D-Comm keys, texting his Player once more. His Lopmon follows in, being quiet as well. She stands by the large bunny, staring at him somewhat confused but says nothing.]

Is Player in need of anything?

[Kazuma curls up on the couch, pulling the blanket back over himself and covering his head again. He feels like death, and he can barely focus on what's going on. He doesn't want to fall asleep just in case Doumeki comes home, or the other two wake up, but he's not really sure how much longer his tired body is going to be able to stay awake.]

Medicine is in the hall bathroom...

[The rabbit nods and stands up. He moves around the couch and goes into the hallway, looking at the doors to choose from. He hesitates for a moment before choosing one, opening a door into a bedroom. He looks inside for a moment before closing it. He moves down the hallway and opens another door, finding the bathroom. He walks inside and the sounds of shuffling objects and such can be heard. He leaves the bathroom, carrying anything that looks to be medicine. He obviously didn't know which to get...so he got them all. He sets them down in front of Kazuma and waits for his Player to choose.]

[Luckily there wasn't too many different ones since they all pretty much had the same thing, but the action does get a slightly raised eyebrow.

Kazuma sits up enough to look at them before taking the one that he was using, measuring out the dosage with a measuring cup Lopmon brought and downing the bitter tasting medication.]

[Kazma nods, the tiniest smile finding its way onto his furry features. He takes the medicine from Kazuma and gathers the others, he forgets himself for a moment and speaks.]

You are welcome, Player.

[He freezes, his mouth slamming shut. He looks at his Player with a tense shocked look. He hadn't wanted to speak in front of Player. The voice coming from him wasn't a voice of his own, it belonged to Player. And with Kazuma here, he thought he shouldn't use it.]

[Kazuma just... stares. Again. This is all getting a little too surreal for him.

After a second he just drags the blanket all the way over his head with a groan.]

I'm dreaming... this is a totally fucked up dream because I'm sick and have a fever and...

[King simply hangs his head and walks away, off to put the medicine back into the bathroom. Lopmon pokes Kazuma, a bit hard on the head.]

This ain't no dream, dude. If it was, I would not have spent half an hour chasing his furry tail down so he could find you.

He's not supposed to be real. He's an avatar from a virtual reality that I created. I controlled him. Why do you think he has MY voice?

So? He's real now. Think about how HE feels. One moment he's waiting for you to log on or whatever and the next he's here, free to do as he wants. What is the first thing he does; search for you. He's as confused as you are.

[Kazuma groans, putting his hands over his head even with the blanket still covering him.]

Ohgod... I haven't logged on in weeks... Natsuki-chan is probably flipping her shit over me... I don't even want to think of how Mom and Dad are reacting...

I'm not sure about that. No one really is. But all you can do is worry about what is going on here. And you've got a six foot something bunny in the bathroom.

[At that moment, Kazma returns to the living room, sitting next to the couch. He doesn't move or speak, he just sits there.]

[Kazuma watches him return, eventually sitting up with the blanket over his head. He's already starting to feel the medication kick in and push him closer to wanting to sleep, but he feels bad about what he said.]
